GEOFF HUNT

Director — Residential + Commercial

As the founder of Venari Projects, Geoff oversees all facets of the company. He is responsible for the operational performance of the company whilst possessing vast experience coordinating and managing all project phases and providing clear guidance and leadership to his construction team. He is a diligent and proactive construction professional with a proven record of delivering high end and technically complex residential projects.

Geoff has a detailed and methodical approach to his work and is committed to continuous improvement and upholding the highest quality of standards. He is a confident communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who thrives on client satisfaction. With over 10 year’s experience across both the residential & commercial sectors, Geoff has a seamless and consistent approach to project delivery and works collaboratively with developers, institutional and private clients.

ANTHONY CASEY

Director — Commercial

Anthony impresses a proven ability and a pragmatic approach to ensure best outcomes with the project teams and contracting partners he works with. Anthony is a highly motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He has a very good grasp of construction techniques and processes and has the ability to adapt to new systems, challenges and environments.

Anthony is skilled at liaising with subcontractors and clients during both the design and construction phases of projects, as well as managing quality, compliance and commissioning and handover. Anthony has excellent technical knowledge. His ability to foresee and resolve construction and co-ordination issues proactively provides clients with delivery certainty for cost, time and quality objectives. He also has proven interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, client stakeholders. Over the course of his career, Anthony has worked on commercial new builds and refurbishments, high density residential and numerous projects for the Department of Defence across Australia.
