Venari was engaged under an ECI contract to project manage the design and pre-approvals prior to commencement of construction. This involved engagement of consultants, compilation and further development of DA documentation for a Construction Certificate as well as providing project costing and programming.

We were also engaged under a separate contract to undertake the upgrade works in a live environment. Works included installation of dry and wet fire systems throughout the building, fire doors, fire shutters and heat attenuation screens, upgrading handrails and DDA compliance, DDA bathroom fit-out and flood gates and barriers.
