Venari was engaged under a Design and Construct contract to undertake the heritage refurbishment of 151 Regent Street, Chippendale.
Works included stripping out the existing building including all services. Heritage restoration included rectification of ornate plaster ceilings, brickwork, render and light wells.
New services were run throughout the building including hydraulic, mechanical, electrical & data. Finishes included new bathrooms to each level, custom joinery throughout, painting, floor finishes and loose furniture.
