Referred to as The Tocky Terrace, this project involved a first-level extension to the rear of the Toxteth Hotel. Works included structural demolition, piling works above the Glebe light rail tunnel, a new grease trap, and kitchen exhaust. Following the enabling work, structural works commenced for the new terrace, which included structural steel, concrete slabs, and extensive fire rating. Fit-out works consisted of electrical, security, dry fire, mechanical, hydraulic services, as well as lightweight partitioning, aluminium windows, tiled floor finishes, joinery, and a retractable roof.
