Venari was engaged to undertake the remediation of cracked floor joists within the Royal Hotel Paddington. Work included investigation of floor failure, development of project documentation and rectification plan, programming and costing advise, replacement of damaged floor structure and finishes. Remediation works were undertaken whilst the hotel remained operational.
