The design scope was to restore the heritage elements of the internal space while integrating an open plan workspace for Core Facades. All heritage timber beams and columns where hand stripped to expose the original raw timber, services that could not be concealed were installed in traditional copper conduiting with up lighting added to highlight specific heritage items within the office.

The workspace layout was designed for open plan/community working with central working tables, glass enclosed meeting rooms, open plan kitchen and all storage and timber joinery positioned along the perimeter walls creating a collaborative environment.
